Three unrelated bits:
1. The Carter Administration, The Nobility and Save Macaulay will be playing the Theory 8 Records showcase, part of the CMJ festival, Oct. 19 at Piano's in NYC. It's a joint showcase with Park the Van (Dr. Dog, The Teeth).
2. FooBar, the East Nashville watering hole, has apparently decided to stop hosting live music. Unconfirmed rumor has it that they've elected instead to focus more on sports and DJs.
3. Speaking of which: Kidsmeal.
