Post Malone Is Headed to Bridgestone

The one thing that stood out the most about Post Malone's headlining set at Bonnaroo 2019 — well, besides his suit covered in photos of Dolly Parton — was his stage presence. The youthful, scruffy, multi-platinum-selling rapper and singer spent more than an hour all by himself on the biggest stage on the Farm, and charmed the hell out of the festival's first sold-out crowd in several years.

Maybe you're a die-hard Posty fan; maybe you have some totally reasonable concerns about his lack of engagement on social issues related directly to his music; or maybe you couldn't care less about him. In any case, his natural-seeming ability to make an intimate connection with a massive audience is no small thing, and he'll be bringing it back to Music City in the spring.

Following the September release of his album Hollywood's Bleeding, Malone is on the road with Swae Lee of Rae Sremmurd and Orlando rapper Tyla Yaweh. The second leg of their Runaway Tour stops at Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, March 4. It'll be Malone's biggest Nashville venue yet (and of course many times the size of his Bud Light Dive Bar Tour appearance at not-a-dive-bar Exit/In) and tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 22, at 9 a.m. right here.
