A trio of restaurants anchoring the Shops on the Harpeth at 8080 Highway 100 has closed—at least temporarily. City Limits Bakery & Cafe, Eats à la Carte and One Hundred West have all closed their doors for now, says owner Terri Woods, adding that it remains to be seen whether the closings are permanent. The original City Limits Bakery & Cafe at 361 Clofton Drive in Bellevue, the flagship store of corporate parent Harpeth Food Company, is still open for business.
