Troy Sidell from the Violet Hour in Chicago will step behind the bar at The Patterson House tonight through Saturday. Sidell will work his mixology magic on a range of classic cocktails and recipes featured at the Violet Hour, which influenced the design and menu of Ben and Max Goldberg's new artisanal cocktail restaurant on Division.
