The Standard at the Smith House is no longer serving lunch and will instead focus on catering service during the day. Chef Joe Shaw will offer dinner 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. With a new baby grand piano in the dining room of the elegant townhouse, The Standard will introduce live music every evening starting next weekend.
