Woodland Wine Merchant to Open Second Store on West Side

Sylvan Supply

The owners of East Nashville’s popular Woodland Wine Merchant — which ranks among Nashville’s most distinct businesses of its type — will open a second shop at Sylvan Supply on the city’s West Side.

In addition, and according to release, locally based software developer and tech consultancy firm FortyAU will take a space at the soon-to-open mixed-use complex, located at 4101 Charlotte Ave. in Sylvan Park.

Terms of the two leases and the cost to get the businesses operational were disclosed in the release. However, a Metro permit valued at $352,000 has been issued related to Woodland Wine Merchant.

Woodland Wine Merchant opened on the east side in 2007 and focus on wine from small producers worldwide. The business also offers spirits and craft beers and will host weekly tastings and special events in the future Sylvan Supply space.

Located in One City in Midtown, FortyAU undertakes web and mobile applications, advanced machine learning and custom-crafted AI solutions. It will relocate to Sylvan Supply, which will open this year with a collective 135,000 square feet of Class A office space and about 32,000 square feet of restaurant, fitness and retail spaces.
