TennFold, a Combination Pizzeria and Brewery, Slated for Donelson

Nashville-based restaurateur Edgar Pendley is planning a mid-October opening for a combination pizza-focused restaurant and craft brewery in Donelson.

Pendley, a co-owner of Urban Grub in 12South, and a group of investors (to be named later) will own and operate what will be called TennFold. The business, the cost of which to get operational is not being disclosed, will have an address of 2408 Lebanon Pike.

Pendley says the plan is to also offer TennFold beer both on the menu and in cans, with a growler-fill station to be located within the restaurant. The owners will self-distribute the beer within Davidson County. Pendley says the team has enlisted a head brewer who will soon be introduced. The types of beer to be brewed are being finalized, he says.

Jay Howser Construction is the general contractor building out the space, with Hassan Eslami the architect. Both are locally based.

The restaurant and brewery will operate from about 5,900 square feet of space. Of note, the space will offer a fire pit. Terms of the lease are not being disclosed.

Pendley said TennFold is expected to employ between 50 and 75 part- and full-time workers.
