Nourish Chef Lineup

In the shadow of the unfortunate passing last week of local foodie Thomas Williams — one of Nashville's biggest supporters of The Nashville Food Project — the show must go on. The organization is staging its biggest fundraiser of the year with the annual Nourish dinner. Slated for Thursday, July 16, this celebration of hospitality will feature local chefs presenting a multicourse dinner and wine pairings along with a welcome cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres and both silent and live auctions.

The event helps to support The Nashville Food Project’s programming to create a more just food system, including community gardens, distributing scratch-made meals, food recovery and partnerships with like-minded organizations across Nashville. This year’s edition of Nourish is particularly momentous since it is the 15th anniversary of the organization’s founding.

Chef co-chairs Chris and Emma Biard of S.S. Gai have invited five of their friends to join them in preparing the food for the event. They will be joined by Son Pham of Eleven11, Sam Jett of Audrey, Junior Vo of Noko Nashville and Kase x Noko, Michael Hanna of St. Vito Focacceria and Jennifer Latham of Mama Bread. At one meal, you’ll experience the cuisine of some of the hardest reservations to score in town, plus you’ll be supporting a marvelous cause.

The festivities kick off at Marathon Music Works at 5:30 p.m., and tickets for Nourish 2026 are still available now at the event website.
