The Nashville Wine Auction is continuing the organization’s ongoing efforts to support the fight against cancer with the upcoming 47th Annual l’Eté du Vin slated for Thursday, July 30, through Saturday, Aug 1. Supporters can attend any or all of three opportunities to recognize guests of honor Frédéric Rouzaud of Maison Louis Roederer and Nicolas Glumineau of Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande while enjoying extraordinary wines and food.
The first event is the Vintners’ Tasting on July 30 at Hillwood Country Club. The business-attire event will feature a seated tasting of select wines from Champagne Louis Roederer, Château de Pez and Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, paired with small bites. The guests of honor will offer commentary, and Seema Prasad from Miel will moderate the discussion beginning at 6 p.m.
The next night is the black-tie-optional Patrons’ Dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville starting at 6:30 p.m. Pull out that tux from the last wedding you attended (or got hitched at) and experience some truly epic wines, including some that are almost old enough to drink themselves. The Four Seasons will definitely put out a spread that can hold up to the Grand Cru wines, and the Nashville Wine Auction will recognize the 2026 Norman M. Lipman Award recipients — Jean-Claude Rouzaud and Frédéric Rouzaud — for their extraordinary contributions to the wine world.
Finally, the weekend concludes with the grand l’Eté du Vin Dinner and Live Auction, which starts at 5 p.m. at the JW Marriott on Aug. 1. Cocktail attire is appropriate since you’ll probably be circling the tables of the silent auction or jumping out of your seat to bid on once-in-a-lifetime wine experiences, including luxury trips to France, Croatia and Argentina. After a tasting reception, the seated dinner will commence at 6:30 p.m.
You can buy tickets at the event website and take a peek at the auction preview catalog.
