Come February, a man’s (and woman’s) fancy turns to love. (And chocolate.) In honor of le mois de l'amour, your friends at Goo Goo have decided to offer more of their popular chocolate classes than ever before at their Goo Goo Shop & Dessert Bar at 116 Third Ave. S. during February.
There are two different curricula, including the more family-friendly “Taste of Goo Goo,” where children under 12 can participate as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult, and also the more adult-oriented “Secrets of Goo Goo” classes, which are more appropriate for a grown-up date night or girls' night out since it involves wine sampling along with chocolate making. They are even providing a Lyft code for guests who sign up for the Secrets of Goo Goo classes, to help you get home safely.

TASTE OF GOO GOO CLASS – $40/person
Allow 45-60 minutes
Includes:
- History of Goo Goo
- Hands-on “Make Your Own Goo Goo” Experience
- Learn a secret recipe from the Dessert Bar and indulge in a dessert sampling
- Take home your Goo Goo creations + receive 15% off any purchase in store that day
Note: Kids 12 and under are welcome to experience the Taste of Goo Goo class, but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
SECRETS OF GOO GOO CLASS – $75/person
Allow 90 minutes
- Light hors d’oeuvres
- History of Goo Goo
- Hands-on “Make Your Own Goo Goo” Experience
- Pairing education and instruction as you taste 4 delicious wines with 4 of our handmade Goo Buttons
- Pastry chef instruction and guidance as you make one of our secret recipes from the Dessert Bar
- Take home your Goo Goo creations + receive 15% off any purchase in store that day, plus they’ll send you a Lyft code for $10 credit when you book one of their February Secrets of Goo Goo classes,
Note: Secrets of Goo Goo is a 21-and-over experience.
