The Fogelberg Foundation of Peoria (FFoP) announces the 8th Annual Dan Fogelberg tribute concert on Saturday, September 9, at 7:30 pm at the Bibb-White-Bluff Civic Center. The late Dan Fogelberg’s diverse and enduring catalog of music provided the soundtrack for the lives of many fans when he entered the scene in the 1970’s.
Templeton Thompson and Sam Gay will open the concert performing their original music.
The featured act, Bomar and Ritter, with special guest Bill Ritter, will perform a broad range of Fogelberg’s music from his first album released in 1972 through his final CD released in 2009 after his death in 2007. Joining them are Nashville musicians Deanie Richardson and Melissa DuPuy.
