Pop into Baked on 8th for a legendary Galaxy Brownie, or — my favorite — buy enormous pieces of cake by the slice and Frankenstein together your own cake. Then head next door to Electric Mixer to pick up balloons, cards and the perfect gifts for a birthday party or housewarming. Owned by Baked on 8th co-owner Leah Carmean, Electric Mixer features piñatas made in house, birthday crowns and flower arrangements, all displayed in a candy-colored arrangement.
