Bands have broken up, others have formed from the ashes. And a new crop of fervent politicians have come out of the woodwork just in time for the midterm elections. Some rules: One ballot per person, and you may vote once per category. You must vote in at least 25 categories for your ballot to be counted. If you need to take some time to decide, you may leave your partially filled ballot and return at any point during the submission time to change or add your votes as long as you are logged in.
