THE 27TH ANNUAL TYE DYE FESTIVAL IS A MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL. Your admission includes the material to dye 2 items, access to both stages and primitive overnight camping. $25 per person
WHEN- Friday and Saturday SEPTEMBER 28th and 29th 2017.The festival is LOCATED ON RED RIVER at Canoe The Red River
PRIMITIVE camping ie- No ELECTRIC. It's a spot to throw your tent and park.
For an extra Fee, there are spots with power hookup for campers. There is a waste desposal area on the grounds. There are public restrooms with showers and place to do laundry(pay washer and dryers).There are Two Stages of music.
We have at least 16 Local Middle Tennesse Musicians.
Wednesday and Thursday night there will be Open Jam Session so get there early.
We have people start camping Sunday September 24th all the way till Sunday October 1st. A week of camping in a beautiful valley.
There will be food venders and a variety of other benders every year.
We now how 800+ people come every year from Coast to Coast to attend this festival. If you go once you will continue to return every year. It's a great Festival.
Saturday morining about noon Everyone (People that have never dyed before to people that have ben Tie Dying SINCE atleast 1990) Gather beside The Main Stage to Tie Dye.
The ink is free thanks to, Greg Mitchell, The host of TyeDye Festival who does work solely on The Donations, so if you attend please donate all you can to Greg Mitchell.
HE DOES NOT MAKE ANY MONEY FROM THE $25 DOLLAR GATE FEE YOU PAY TO ENTER THE CAMPGROUNDS.
Greg Mitchell provides the Soda ash (so the shirt takes the dye) do presoak. I provides the rubber bands and dye. You provide the items (white 100% cotton) to Tie Dye. Don't panic almost anyone you meet that has been there before will tell you there are planty of people to help you with ANYTHING YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. T
