Join Certified Ross Instructor, Quintin Burlingame, as he leads students of all talent levels through the wet-on-wet technique made famous by Bob Ross and The Joy of Painting. Whether new to painting or an expert, all will enjoy learning the techniques that culminate in a beautiful, finished 12x16 painting in 3 hours.
