the American Future Fund is spending up to $250,000 to air these TV ads in Nashville, Memphis and the Tri-Cities. "We firmly believe Tennesseans have been harmed by Mr. Haslam's Pilot Corp. when they did price gouge," said Nick Ryan, the veteran GOP activist who heads the outfit. "And certainly Mr. Haslam profited at the expense of Tennessee families." According to Schelzig, the American Future Fund spent $1 million to help Scott Brown win the Massachusetts Senate race.
