Scene managing editor Matt Pulle has accepted Metro Council member Emily Evans' invitation to swim across the Cumberland Thursday. It's being billed as a 500-foot river trek, but it seems more like 500 meters to us. (What say you?) Pulle, a scrawny dude who can run a marathon at an almost Kenyonesque pace, is undoubtedly athletic. We're just not sure how amphibious he is. Good luck, Matt. We'll be at Brandon's.
