Metro Parks and Recreation workers started clearing the homeless encampment at Fort Negley Thursday morning after the Mayor's Office set an April 15 deadline for campers to leave.

Nineteen people remain at the camp, according to outreach workers, and six people received Metro Parks citations late Sunday evening.
