Let’s be honest: A 5K with a bunch of dogs isn’t a 5K at all — once you account for all the detours to sniff, pee and smell the other pups, you and your dog will be clocking in closer to 10K. Either way, the annual Mutt Strutt is a fun way to get some fresh air and exercise while also raising money for the Nashville Humane Association, which helps more than 4,000 animals find forever homes each year.
