After Nov. 3, 3 Crow Bar, neighborhood hang and proud server of the Best Bloody Mary, will no longer host live music as they have been doing on Saturday nights only. According to booker Brian Mann, an ordinance requiring the bar to install a very expensive, state-licensed sprinkler system—mandated for live entertainment venues over 100 capacity—more or less made the decision for them.
The sweet two-for-ones on Wednesdays and Sundays and the occasional good breeze remain unaffected.
