Dale Levitski and Sinema Co-Owners Reveal Name for New Melrose Restaurant: The Hook

As reported back in the summer, part of the ownership group involved with Sinema is working on a new restaurant on Eighth Avenue at Bradford, previously the site for Global Motorsports. The new restaurant now has a name: The Hook. According to the release:

The Hook will be a fast casual restaurant concept, with Executive Chef Dale Levitski combining his signature whimsy with “simple dishes that will become cravings,” [owner Colin Reed] says.

No details regarding exactly what will be on the menu and when the restaurant will open were included, only that the logo "offers a glimpse at the restaurant’s personality." (See the logo over there on the right.) The restaurant is being developed by the Reed family (Colin, wife Brenda and sons Ed and Sam) along with Chef Levitski.

I drove by the location earlier this week and noticed that construction seems to be moving at a fairly quick pace (the entire building is already framed). I also thought that the building looked a bit cottage-y or Cape Cod style, but I couldn't stop to get a picture. So, Bites readers, anyone care to speculate what the menu may be based on the logo and the construction of a (maybe) Cape Cod-style building?
