But Nashville’s got more badass musicians per capita than anywhere else in the world, and thus we have Misty Marathon Hop: Vol. 1 — an all-star Zep tribute led by Nashvillian and former Black Crowes drummer Steve Gorman, a dude who actually toured backing up Jimmy Page. Among the other names set to relive their rock ’n’ roll dancing days: Robert Randolph, Sam Bush, former Crowes guitarist Audley Freed, stage and session keyboardist Mike Webb, ubiquitous local bassist James Haggerty, My Morning Jacket’s Carl Broemel, Wilco’s Pat Sansone, and others of similar caliber.
