In Fensler’s hands, just a little redubbing and digital retooling brings out startling subtexts in the Real American Hero’s “humanitarian aid” missions. Watch as Joe and his gung-ho comrades teach kids valuable lessons in fire prevention, racial tolerance and proper enunciation, while Fensler turns their most earnest messages into preteen Dada.
