We’re not sure who signed Chappy’s on Church up for Kitchen Nightmares, but we’re certain that chef John “Chappy” Chapman got more than he bargained for when British kitchen martinet Gordon Ramsay stormed through the front door. Their tense confrontations were television gold, but in the end Ramsay returned to his Michelin-starred restaurants and Chappy fled back to the Big Easy where perhaps there won’t be as much competition for his brand of Creole cooking.
