The beloved comic Superman was first published in 1938, making this year his 80th birthday. The Great Escape Nashville plans to celebrate the Man of Steel by hosting a special birthday party. Partygoers will be treated to birthday cake and snacks while enjoying festivities befitting such an iconic character. On Saturday July 28 from 10 am - 5 pm the retail operation will show various Superman cartoons, from the 1940s classics to the modern era.
