Stoveworks in the Factory at Franklin Adds Dinner Service

Chef Michael Grauer of Stoveworks in Franklin

There’s a new evening dining option in the Factory at Franklin.

Stoveworks

— previously open just for lunch — has hired a new executive chef, Michael Grauer, who’s designed a dinner menu meant to serve folks who head to the Factory in the evenings for shopping and entertainment. In addition to lunch service Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the restaurant will serve dinner Wednesday through Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m.

Because the Factory is home to Music City Roots and Studio Tenn, the chef has added some music-themed items on the menu of “Southern fare,” including “Steel Guitar Sliders” (Jack Daniels BBQ brisket sliders served with sweet potato torte), “Pickin’ Pork Loin” (rosemary- and mustard-crusted pork loin with stone-ground mustard cream and buttermilk mashed potatoes) and Songwriter’s Salmon (grilled Atlantic salmon served with shaved cucumber and gremolata, white cheddar potato gratin and vegetables).

The regular menu also includes sandwiches and salads, vegetarian and gluten-free options, and a kids’ menu. And Stoveworks hosts a happy hour from 5 to 6 p.m. every night, featuring half-priced wine, beer and mixed drinks.
