Several months back, lead Bites blogstress Dana Kopp Franklin informed us all that both Nomzilla! Sushi Et Cetera and Pepperfire Hot Chicken would be moving to a new spot on Gallatin Avenue. Well, it looks as though, at least as far as Nomzilla is concerned, the day has come.
Last week, Nomzilla soft-opened at their new location at 1000 Gallatin Ave. According to owner Thet H. Tint, the restaurant is still awaiting their beer and liquor license; Tint & Co. intend to celebrate their grand opening once those are secured.
Nomzilla is still working on its website, and a full menu isn't yet posted. Keep up with them on Facebook for updates.
As for Pepperfire, they are still working on the spiffy new space next door. We hear Aug. 1 may be the opening date. You can follow their progress on Facebook as well.
