Hunters Station

The East Nashville building home to restaurant food hall Hunters Station has been listed for sale for an undisclosed asking price.

Located a few blocks from Five Points at 975 Main St., the building accommodates Everbowl, Hugh Baby’s, Music City Gyros, Radish Kitchen, Turmeric & Co. and Vui’s Kitchen.

A building located adjacent to the food hall structure and home to breakfast restaurant Snooze, an A.M. Eatery is part of the offering.

In addition, Hunters Station houses the office of Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe (of which Fresh Hospitality has some ownership). Citizen Kitchens, which provides catering and food truck delivery and food prep, operates from the basement space.

Hunters Campus LLC, a partnership that includes some individuals affiliated with Nashville-based Fresh Hospitality, owns the Five Points-area food and beverage property, which opened in October 2019 and previously accommodated Hunters Custom Automotive.

The partnership bought the multi-parcel site in 2016 for $4.2 million from the owners of Hunters Custom Automotive.

The owners have enlisted Andrew Maxwell, Rick Helton and Ally Lanahan (brokers with the local office of Orlando-based Foundry Commercial) to handle the marketing and sale of the property.

"Hunters Station is one of the most iconic properties in East Nashville," Maxwell says in an email the Scene's sister publication, the Nashville Post. "With a dynamic tenant mix and 'main and main' location, this listing will attract national investor attention. The property’s stabilized rent roll and upside potential are made even more attractive by the [future] Titans stadium and Oracle developments less than a mile away."
