The old Sunset Grill building in Hillsboro Village is buzzing once again with another new opening. On the heels of the new Grilled Cheeserie Melt Shop, I Love Juice Bar has opened its sixth location in Nashville proper next door at 2005 Belcourt Ave. To celebrate the opening (and the new year), the juicery is offering specials throughout January at all six Nashville locations and the original Brentwood location.
This week, the offer is a buy-one-get-one ginger and wheatgrass shots. Next week, BOGO monster shots, and the week of Jan. 30, get 20 percent off growlers.
In addition to juices, smoothies, and shots, the Juice Bar in Hillsboro Village will offer a small menu of grab-and-go, mostly gluten-free and vegan food options. Among the menu items are an almond butter sandwich, sprout sandwich, kale and quinoa salad, pad thai noodles made from sweet potatoes, and (my favorite) rice paper-wrapped fresh spring rolls.
January’s discount offers are only available at Juice Bars in Hillsboro Village, Berry Hill, The Gulch, Green Hills, Belle Meade, Germantown and Brentwood. Hours for the new Hillsboro Village location are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
