This is it—the supercollider where the palate-pleasing spiciness of Thai cuisine meets a rip-roaring rampage of go-kart annihilation, where the smells of pad kra pao and lawnmower-engine exhaust fuse into a perfect storm of pure adrenaline. Located on Music Valley Drive, this surprisingly good Thai restaurant seems all but unknown to locals, except those who work at Gaylord's gargantuan Opryland compound. (A hat tip to Gaylord's Jeff Harmon, who hipped us to the angry shrimp—that's a dish, not a biological threat.) Beckoning just outside is the Grand Old Golf miniature golf course and go-kart track, which snakes right past Sukho Thai's front windows. Partake of both in whichever order you choose—but bear in mind that racing and projectile vomiting are nobody's idea of a happy union. —JIM RIDLEY
