Now that you’ve had your fill of Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner and Blitzen, how about a little Walter, Peanut, Bubba J, Achmed the Dead Terrorist, Jose Jalapeno on a Stick, Melvin the Superhero Guy and Sweet Daddy Dee? Sure, their names may not lend themselves to quite as catchy a rhyme scheme. Their out-there antics, however, will certainly make you laugh a bit more than a bunch of super-powered gazelles who only bother to punch in once a year. Giving literal voice to the cast of varied characters is Jeff Dunham, Comedy Central darling, veteran of every talk show in existence and, as reported by Forbes, the highest-grossing comic working today. Frenetic and family-friendly, his show is the perfect antidote to the post-Christmas, pre-New Year’s, God-I-can’t-believe-I’m-related-to-these-people blues.
