Terressa Diane Robinson was born in Gary, Indiana on a snowy day in February in 1976. Raised by her grandmother as the 12th of 11 children, Terressa had a knack for observation. Soon, that knack turned into stories and poems, and later, full novels and books. Terressa got her first taste for the love of writing in high school when, freshman year she won the Young Writers Award for best short story. Under the tutelage of her English teacher, Mrs. V. Williams, Terressa honed her skills and begin to expand her tastes in writers to include but not limited to: Edgar Alan Poe, Charles Dickens, Jane Austen, Robert Frost and Neil Gaiman. Terressa, now a southern implant, lives in Nashville, TN.
