ARTRAGEOUS COMES OF AGE: In its 21st year, Artrageous celebrates a time when flappers and gangsters were rulers of the social scene. Artrageous 21 “Glitz & Glam” is a 1920’s themed event taking place Saturday, November 8th, 2008. This annual event will raise money for Nashville CARES - Middle Tennessee’s comprehensive AIDS organization. Under the direction of Artrageous Board President, Jon Glassmeyer and Vice President Brian Pickler; Gary Gaston and Ryan Moss are the event’s co-chairs. Featuring eight local art galleries, Art & Invention, The Arts Company, Bennett Galleries , Estel Gallery, Gallery B, Richter Gallery, Rymer Gallery and Tennessee Art League (TAL), the tour is expected to be a big hit. Nashville ’s own DJ Ron will be providing music at the late party’s new location, Limelight, while radius 10 will be serving wonderful hors d’oeuvres. Register here to win tickets for two!
