No, it's just a mop sink.
In the AP's Erik Schelzig's hilarious story, Sen. Bill Ketron admits he's one of the lawmakers who inquired about the mop sink's purpose. The other one, Rep. Judd Matheny, was too embarrassed.
"I don't know what you're talking about. It's not ringing a bell," said Matheny, who joined Ketron in 2011 in sponsoring a bill to criminalize Islam.
