Law and Order Crazy Bill from Sen. Ketron Creates Armed County Militias

Under his bill, county commissions can vote to authorize their sheriffs to muster the volunteer militias from the readily available ranks of backwoods yahoos and paranoid extremists. And sheriffs can deploy their militias at any time for any emergency or crisis, say, when the black helicopters are circling for attack or when the zombies are rising up out of their graves or when peaceful Muslims are attempting to pray.
Lest there be any doubt on this subject, the bill explicitly states “members of the county militia as well-regulated militia established by the sheriff shall be authorized to bear arms.”
