NashvillePost: Charges Dismissed Against Two Real Estate Execs, Wives

Pierce Greenberg reports the wrap-up of that M.L. Rose scuffle in Berry Hill last fall that caused such an uproar on NashvillePost.com::

Criminal charges against two commercial real estate executives and their wives stemming from an incident at a Berry Hill bar were dismissed Tuesday morning.

Affidavits by the Berry Hill Police Department described a dustup last October at M.L. Rose that involved Whitfield Hamilton, a principal at Panattoni Development, and his wife Teresa Ellis, as well as Ray Hensler, president of Corner Realty, and his wife, Kindy.

A third woman, Elizabeth Lindsey, also was arrested during the incident, during which police allegedly used pepper spray on several of the subjects.
