This one was such an intriguing story among the business world power players who read NashvillePost.com, it shut the site down temporarily.
From The Doyen Of The Drunk Digest, Pierce Greenberg, a snippet:
A Saturday night outing among local real estate heavyweights turned into a drunken melee at M.L. Rose Craft Beers & Burgers, resulting in six arrests.By the time the dust had settled, Whitfield Hamilton, the Tennessee point man for Panattoni Development, apartment developer Ray Hensler and Cassidy Turley Principal David McGahren were among those arrested on various charges.
According to the Berry Hill PD, the real estate exec's group was being disruptive but didn't leave the popular watering hole when asked.
Hensler — the developer of, among other things, The Adelicia — was maced and was charged with resisting arrest, assault of an officer and public intox. His wife also took a PI charge, plus disorderly conduct for attempting to kickout the patrol car window.
Hamilton and two other women were also arrested for PI and disorderly.
McGahren — who is Cassidy Turley's hot shot industrial broker — was charged with public intox, but the charge has since been dismissed.
