I can only imagine the horror stories the nurses who had to take care of that woman have to tell. They probably still wake up screaming in the middle of the night.

Ophelia Ford -- Tennessee's crack courtesan and the only Democrat that the TN RICO party wants to keep in office (because she is an embarrassment to those of us who usually vote Democratic).

She's the comic gift that keeps on giving. Anyone notice Stacey Campfield is in her corner on this issue? No coincidence there.

Wait, you're telling me this woman - named Ford in Memphis - is a Democrat? Who knew?

In the Channel 4 report that I saw it did mention that she was a Democrat. And I got to experience that sinking feeling that Repubs must (err should) feel all of the time.

She also said that she has nothing against nurses per se, some of her best friends are nurses. LOL Seriously.

I think I and most other can give my democratic friends a pass on this one-what loon from a family of looney birds.
I was in the ER recently to get an IV that can't be given in a doctors office. I was impressed how well I was treated-shocked actually. That was not outdone by all the signs everywhere that said: THIS HOSPITAL DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN TENN CARE!!

Perhaps that is why.
