Politics Tea Party Comes to Defense of Rep. Rick Womick

The Wilson County Tea Party, led by somebody named Sherry Orange, isn't afraid to stand up for religious bigotry. Those tea partiers sent this urgent message to supporters yesterday:
ACTION ALERT!!!!By now you may have heard the "news" about State Rep. Rick Womick's statements at the Preserving Freedom Conference. He stated his opinion based on factual information. He is being blasted by the media and many Islamic organizations who are demanding an apology and impeachment by the Tennessee General Assembly.

In the same email, the tea party took the opportunity to hurl a few insults at Occupy Nashville. You'll never guess who's behind the protests. Yes, it's ACORN! (Also, Nazis, commies and various all-purpose radicals).
WASHINGTON LEGISLATORS: It is being reported that ACORN is working behind the scenes in the 'Occupy' protests going on around the country. As we reported last month, this movement is aligned with Communists, Nazis, labor unions and other radical groups. We want our legislators in Washington to ensure that NOT ONE SINGLE TAXPAYER DOLLAR is going to ACORN (or ANY OTHER GROUP INVOLVED IN THIS MOVEMENT) as they work to destroy our great country! In New York ACORN has morphed into NYCC, New York Communities for Change. Same officers as the former ACORN and using the same taxpayer dollars. Makes one wonder what the new names are around the country.

Thank you Brother Gast for the information! I have known that they are morphing into other groups to try to throw us off the trail! The FINFICALOM Foundation has been tracking their nefarious activities for the last year! They are largely behind the OWS rallies and have been instrumental in getting mental health patients to "protest!" They are also behind the illegal release of a bunch of dangerous Owls from an Owl refuge in Kentucky! I'll try to keep everyone informed on their activities!
ahhh yes, once more the extinct "enemy" ACORN comes into the sights of the enemy-deprived tea party! can't you people operate without denouncing "the other"??

@brian and Marduk-Pantser-Division: It's your side that's always finding enemies. Obama has made his career with class warfare -evil old rich people - and as for the Tea Party, it's made of solid middle class voters; it ain't going anywhere. As for the crooks in ACORN, I've previously predicted the various chapters would re-organize with different names. Once they found how easy it is to suck up tax dollars they weren't about to let it go. Whats ironic about the situation is that it's the tax dollars from the one percent that make their existence possible and you guys are supporting protests against the one percent.

@brian: I've got nothing against the individual muslim who wouldn't kill me if a mullah issued a fatwa against me. What I do is point out the dangers of their tenets you as a liberal have to ignore because of your blind acceptance. You might want to check with the British to see how that's working out. All the rest that you mentioned are always trying to get somebody to give them something or are taking something away from others or trying to further corrupt our morals. You and your bunch have a misguided sense of entitlement that always cost somebody else something and you whine, whine, whine. And the OCS crowds have to be the stupidest bunch of people ever assembled because they're protesting against the actions that saved the world from total economic collapse.
