Set Your DVRs Now! Ghost Hunters at Buffalo Trace Next Week!

Over at our sister blog, Bites, Chris Chamberlain reports that the Ghost Hunters crew will feature the Buffalo Trace distillery on their show next week.

Chris says:

Now Buffalo Trace Distillery will be featured in an hourlong episode of Ghost Hunters on SyFy network on at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16. While details of the investigation still remain shrouded, apparently Col. Blanton has reportedly been seen lurking around Stony Point and Blanton’s Bottling Hall, and Ghost Hunters' two lead investigators Jason and Grant had a "touching" experience with him in Warehouse C.

For those of you not up on your paranormal television shows, there are only two worth bothering with. One is the unintentionally hilarious Ghost Adventures, which shows on the Travel Channel at 8 p.m. on Fridays (or whenever they're running one of their ubiquitous marathons). Ghost Adventures espouses a ghost-hunting strategy of two grown men shouting "Dude! Did you hear that?!" "Bro! I totally did!" over and over while the third is locked in a closet or a morgue or a casket or whathaveyou.

Ghost Hunters, on the other hand, features the stalwart Jason and the dreamy Grant and their team of ghost hunters (sometimes including a cute dog) doing somewhat more "scientific" investigations. Any humor on this show is almost always intentional. And if you're inclined to believe in ghosts, you will find this show to be filled with people much less likely to get decked by the dead.

So I'd invite you to check it out. Sounds like it should be interesting.
