Why not tie a child getting an education to a parents getting "entitlements"? If the child fails to make progress or drops out of school, the parent and child lose the government funded benefits until the child is 21.
Yes, if you have shitty parents who can't get you to school, Stacey Campfield thinks you should starve and not be able to go to the doctor. I'm sure that will teach those 8-year-olds who are a little slow learning to count by tens. And those pre-schoolers who don't ever figure out how to tie their shoes? No food or medical assistance for them or their parents until that kid is 21! That seems fair. You know, if by "fair" you mean almost sadistically cruel.
Stacey Campfield makes me hope there's such a thing as reincarnation and that he comes back as the poor, female constituent of a legislator just like him.
