TSA Confiscates iPhone Filming Security Pat-Down at Nashville Airport

Posted By on Tue, Nov 23, 2010 at 10:03 AM

YouTube user policebusters gets his iPhone confiscated by an officer at BNA: "While legally filming a TSA enhanced screening pat-down at Nashville International Airport I was confronted by an Airport Police Officer and told to stop filming. The officer later removed my iPhone from my hands, despite my protests, saying 'I don't need a warrant.' " Dude got his iPhone back, but not without some grumbling. Now, while we at Pith support civil liberties as much as the next Prius-driving liberal socialist elite, we do not support the part of policebusters' comment on his own video where he says, "In my book theft of my personal property will get you shot in the head!"
