Stacey Campfield and 'Bullshit': Made for Each Other

I'm asking as someone who thinks he may be the second worst politician in Tennessee (the first being Sen. Dwayne Bunch, who seems to have never met a piece of legislation, no matter how ridiculous or nasty, to which he wouldn't put his name). But at some point, a girl has to wonder: Is Stacey Campfield secretly on the side of Democrats? I mean, here goes Campfield, getting ready to make his appearance on Penn & Teller: Bullshit! to explain his "Can't Say 'Gay'" Bill. Is his goal to make Republicans in this state look so foolish that, eventually, Republicans will start saying, "Oh, I'm a Republican, but not that kind of Republican...?" Or, "Sure, I believe in conservative principles, but I'm not a Republican?" I mean, seriously, there's nothing Democrats could do at this point as damaging to Republicans as much as letting Campfield get on TV and spout his crap for the whole country to see. Folks have tried to warn him off. (See Kleinheider, Silence, Ross, and Nashville Jefferson.) But I have to say, I think it's going to be great. Keep up the good work, Comrade Campfield. You may single-handedly destroy the Tennessee GOP yet.

The only thing I like about Campfield is his love of the movie Nacho Libre too.

Will Penn & Teller be interviewing Rep. Campfield's wife about this same subject...?
