Sen. Lamar Alexander, who can't seem to stop talking lately, gave another speech on the Senate floor today in which he answered the accusation that the GOP has become the Party of No. The Republican Party isn't the Party of No. It's the party of "step by step," he said. And even if it is the Party of No, so what? That's better than the party of "Yes, We Can."
"The law of unintended consequences has made being a member of the so-called "Party of No" a more responsible choice than being a member of the so-called party of "Yes, we can," if these three recent comprehensive bills on health care, climate change, and immigration are the only choices."

Is this guy afraid of a primary challenge or something? Hasn't he already shown that he's enough of an ass to get by?
