You have a terribly sick mind, pinko.
I did not identify a specific orifice to fill or with what. Now, set your pea brain working.
I don't know how a "progressive" could, in good conscience, go on a cruise. I mean, a cruise ship is a floating behemoth of consumerism and conspicuous consumption (have you ever seen the buffet spreads on those things?!).
Perhaps the cruise ship will adhere to progressive principles during the Air America cruise. If that's the case, I wouldn't go anywhere near that boat 'cause I suspect every passenger will be chained to the deck, given long oars and be forced to row so as to reduce the carbon footprint.
There may indeed be a legitimate point to be made about whether cruise ships are environmentally-friendly.
Friends of the Earth rated cruise ships and gave the Holland America Line the highest grade. That's the one the Air America cruise will be using. So, at least they're using what seems to be the "greenest" cruise ship company (not coincidentally, one hopes). But should they be taking a cruise at all? Good question...

What a load of ass! There is no such thing as a "green" cruise! Freezing your ass off in your own home and riding a bicycle to work is not for them, it's for everyone else! That's why we hate liberals, they're the biggest boldface hypocrites! They're so very generous with my tax dollars to "help" people, but how many actually donate time to a good cause that doesn't involve self-aggrandizement or self-promotion? None!
The only thing funnier than tiny cat pants is the idea that someone finds Aunt B.'s blog drivel remotely interesting. Apparently Betsy has found a rapt audience among the collectors of minutiae and those who think whining to be the sweetest of prosody.
Aw, Joe, the good thing is that people who find whining to be the sweetest of prosody are going to love your comment.
Well, I'm sad to report that, if you were trying to get rid of me, it didn't work.
The top five are Digby, Mike Lux, Karl Frisch, Joe Jervis, and Pam Spaulding. (See here.) All are very deserving.
Frankly, being outted the other day as an accidental Republican operative probably torpedoed my chances.
Or, you know, that I don't have millions of readers.
Either one.
