Anyone else feel like giving Vince Young and Chris Johnson a parade this morning? ...A deadly shooting late last night at an Antioch apartment complex left one man dead and another injured. A victim's car turned up early this morning, perhaps holding a key to the crime....Rextra! Rextra! Zach Wamp calls moderate Republicans..."squishy?" Also, an interesting tidbit about a possible new chief of the powerful Motion Picture Association of America: Harold Ford Jr....A Nashville maker of wireless surveillance systems tangles in court with two Indian companies over software and hardware woes.... Two hunters found more than quail on a Montgomery County farm: 100 pounds of C-4 explosives....Why is Fred Thompson stumping for a third-party House candidate in New York? At least John Rich will be there too....Vernon Winfrey does advance PR at the Brentwood Quizno's for a film shooting hereabouts next year....

Old Jack had to have been in a state of unbelief to have been thrashed by a team coming off an over six to one shutout. Considering it, his remark seems fittingly ironic--blackly humorous.
