Daily Diversion / Hannan Barney Frank Handles Town Hall Heckler

The day after Nashville's Metro Council furthered efforts toward making it illegal to discriminate against gays, it seems only appropriate to feature Massachusetts Rep. Barney Frank showing the proper way to handle a town hall heckler.
