Around Town Mad Men Casting Call - August 1st

Have you ever dreamed of being an anonymous copyrighter milling about at Sterling Cooper? Or maybe even an anonymous secretary at Sterling Cooper, who spends her day being leered at by silver foxes and salt-and-pepper foxes alike? I know I have! Here's your chance, fellow losers - there's an open casting for "Mad Men" at the Green Hills Banana Republic and Studio 21 on August 1st.
Well, technically they're not open castings - they're make-believe '60s dress-up photoshoots. Then it seems you take your picture and upload it on the internet, and include some kind of code? I'm not entirely sure. Don would have made this process much, much easier.
As weird and complicated as this sounds, let's be honest - even a vague chance to stand in the background behind Don Draper or Roger Sterling is...amazing, and only mildly creepy. I also hear that men like this Joan Holloway character. So bust out your pointy bras and fedoras, ladies and gentlemen. You could be America's Next Top Creepy "Mad Men" Obsessive.

I've been trying to get the guys around the Scene to be more like Scotch-swilling chauvinist ad pigs, but, for some reason, Mr. Pink objects to the skinny lapels.

I just got Mad Men season 2 from netflix, and then realized that I just sold my TV.
