Rep. Stacey Campfield, lending yet more rich new meaning to the term hypocrisy, stands behind Sen. Paul Stanley in his time of crisis:
"I have never heard any conservative Republican say they were perfect. Never one. Not on any issue. We try to do what is right but we are not by any stretch of the word perfect. Not me, not anyone on capitol hill. Democrat or Republican. Forget it."
Campfield's quote of the day: "Well, I guess this is just more proof, Republicans are clearly irresistible to females."

Guess this means Campfield is going to be found 'guilty' in his fight with his tenants.

Guess this means that Campfield is going to be found in the wrong in his court battle with his tenants.

The word hypocrite is way to easy for these evil souls. It is they that are responsible for the very things they hate. When a young person contracts HIV, when an unwanted pregnancy occurs and a child is bound to live in poverty and oppressive circumstances it is they we can hold responsible because it is they who are trying to deny protection to these people through their hate filled propaganda they vomit out their mouths. No, they are not perfect. An imperfect person is one who has humility and a heart. They are what the Bible refers to when it speaks of false prophets. They use God as a way to gain power and control and to manipulate. They are the ones Jesus will say "go away I do not know you" when the time comes. We have just begun to see these people exposed.

I guess this means that Democrats are not hypocrites because they're proud of their affairs, abortions, and homosexuality.

Here's another comment that Campfield made on the subject of Paul Stanley's affair:
“OK, Just for the sake of argument lets say there are photos of a Stanley affair and it was all true. (I have no knowledge of that one way or the other) Is that illegal? No. While unseemly, he has not broken any legal law. To his credit he went above what many would do and called the cops when being shaken down. I am sure he knew when he did, that it would come out and it would not be pretty. He stood up to the blackmailer and did the right thing anyway. A lesser person would have caved, given the money and hoped it never came out.” - Rep. Stacey Campfield
Unbelievable. He breaks his marriage vows and reveals himself as a breathtaking moral hypocrite, and Rep. Campfield is complimenting him on his behavior because he wouldn't allow himself to be blackmailed?
I expect that if Stanley robbed a bank, hid the cash for months and then surrendered when police surrounded his house, Campfield would praise him for not resisting arrest.

You know, Senator Paul Stanley and Lt. Gov. ROn Ramsey shared the same apartment complex --- do you suppose Rep. Campfield ever got around to asking Ramsey (who reportedly stated that he knew nothing of the Stanley-intern affair) if he could ever hear Senator Stanley and his girl intern screamming and moaning through the walls of the Lt. Gov's apartment...?
