The Obama Birther: Grandstanding, easily excitable, prone to self-indulgent, patriotic flights of fancy. Rep. Mike Castle, a Republican of Delaware (of all places), gets an earful at a town hall meeting. Judging by the uproar, it looks like the Birthers packed the house. The little flag poking out of the plastic bag is an especially nice touch, by the way. The South doesn't have a monopoly on crazy.

I'm so proud of these patriots who painstakingly verify the documents of all of our elected officials. I'm sure they've also been vigilant about verifying the documents of white politicians with whom they share ideology.

Gee, if the man would simply release the document in question, this stuff would all go away. Refusing to do so makes it look like the man has something to hide. Not smart.
Harry, you aren't entitled to see the President's birth certificate. We have never, ever demanded to see the birth certificate of another sitting President, and the folks that want to start now are all people who didn't want Obama to be President in the first place. Have you EVER been concerned about the national orgin of any other elected official?
The folks demanding "proof" won't be satisfied until we carbon date the placenta. It's remarkably easy to plant doubt when all you have to do is ask questions and ignore the anwswers.

And if you don't think we have the intestinal fortitude to pull this off, just know that last night, to protest the fake lunar landing, my buddy Ted and I took a shot of Tequila for each year that has passed since that great government con job. That's right, 40 shots of Tequila!!!!! I'm suffering from a major hang-over as we speak.
Reminds me of the scene from Fletch where Chevy Chase--attempting to evade police--ducked into a VFW meeting, went to the speakers platform, and eventually started singing the Star Spangled Banner, which prompted everyone to stand and join him in the stunt.
I'm not sure what the point of the birthers' stunt here was other than to show how lemming-like even leaders of the meeting can be when scoundrels use patriotism as a bludgeon. I would say the Pledge of Allegiance was used in vain in this instance to control a meeting rather than to express loyalty.

That's right. Last week, I paid a girl to come over and she handcuffed me to my bed and left. She took my wallet and my laptop with her. I am convinced that she was an agent of the U.S. government sent to chain me up to keep me quiet about my investigations into both Obama's status as an illegal immigrant and the government cover-up of the Roswell incident. Fortunately, my buddy Ted came over and got me out.
How about a little personal history for what is behind me being a “birther”
I read the “Warren Report” and I believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was a lone gunman.
I have never seen a flying saucer, even though I have been a pilot and a FAA certified air traffic controlman.
I don’t believe that “Big Foot” exists.
I think Islamic terrorists took down the World Trade Center.
I don’t believe FEMA is planning to round up citizens and put them in concentration camps, and I don’t think swine flu is an international conspiracy.

There are no more missing aircraft and ships in the so called “Bermuda Triangle” than in any other part of the earth with equivalent traffic.
After having reviewed the REAL science, I am convinced that Global Warming is a huge scam.
I have a PhD, and am in private practice as a psychotherapist, so more than likely I am not crazy.

However, I am firmly convinced that AKA Obama is not eligible to be POTUS, and here is why:

If you believe that global warming is a huge scam and ignore the fact that there is ZERO actual evidence that Obama is not a natural-born citizen, the fact that you don't believe in the other stuff is irrelevant. You are still "drinking the kool-aid" as right-wingers like to say. Yeah, somehow you want me to buy that one of the most Machiavellian politicians, Hillary Clinton, as well as John McCain, a man who wanted the presidency more than life itself, somehow were blinded by this ingenious conspiracy. Somehow, the entire Republican establishment missed this as well. Somehow, a birth announcement was "planted" in the Honolulu newspaper at the time of his birth, just in case Obama might want to run for president one day. Somehow, the state of Hawaii insists he was born there, led by the Republican governor, and McCain supporter, Linda Lingle. But you guys have quotes from some grand-mother (unverified of course, as is all the so-called evidence) that her grand-son was born in Kenya.
But hey, congratulations on your ph.d. A Dr. Williamson right? I will make a mental note about that in case I, or another family member ever need a psychotherapist so we can cross you off the list.

Mr. Williamson, I'm quite sure you're a smart non-crazy person who just happens to be highly partisan. If I'm wrong, I'm sure you'll detail the time you've spent verifying the citizenship status of other elected officials for whom that is a requirement.
I'm sure you're intellegent enough to understand that the burden of proof is on the birthers who have yet to provide any evidence that Mr. Obama was born outside the country. With few exceptions, the courts have dismissed the bevy of lawsuits for a want of evidence.
Just curious, whose job is it to verify the citizenship status of the President of the United States? Who makes a copy of his documents while he reads the President of the United States orientation binder on his first day?
I had to supply a state issued birth certificate just to obtain a Tennessee Drivers' licence. Surely someone along the line has verified his eligability for employment and/or his legal presence in the United States. If he's not a citizen, surely we can dig up visa applications or other documents that verify his eligability to work in the US. There aught to be a paper trail of some sort that would lead us to have legitimate doubts. Instead the birthers are just asking new questions once the original questions are satisfied. Doubt is a good starting place for mounting a defense, it does not meet the standard of legal evidence.
I saw a close-up of the "supposed" birth certificate from the Hawaii Dept. of Health. Check it out for yourself....The Certificate Number is: 151 1961 010641
Now pay attention here.
151 + 1961 + 010641 = 12753
Now add up the individual digits....
1 + 2 + 7 + 5 + 3 = 18
You know what that means?
18 = 6 + 6 + 6

Good investigative work, Church Lady. I'd like to invite you over to hang out with me and my buddy Ted in my mother's basement. We can go over all of the evidence. We can also discuss the newest crop circle theories. Besides, we could just use some female companionship. My last incident with a girl didn't go so well, especially since she was a government agent.

I asked Dr. Onaka if the COLBs are stamped using a machine or by hand. He said, "Both." Hawaii uses a machine that applies the Seal and stamps electronically and simultaneously. That's why they appear to be placed in the same position, from year to year - except in years where the large Seal design is used. He said that they use a desktop Seal embosser, similar to what notaries use, but much longer, so as to place the Seal higher up on the paper.
I asked him, "Why is the border on 2007 COLB different from the 2008 COLB, why is the Seal larger, and why is your signature stamp located off to the side instead of directly under the Seal? He told me that they alternate the Seal design and border design, and when the Seal (the larger one) doesn't leave enough room to place the signature stamp below it, it's put off to the side. Evidentally, this larger Seal is what is applied by hand, as in every case where it has been used, the Seal impression appears in a different spot on the paper.
Then, I slipped in the the following question. I asked him if Janice Okubo had confirmed that his office produced a 2007 Certification of Live Birth, date-stamped June 6, 2007, with Obama's birth information on it, and he quickly replied:

I have been an Independent for years. My life time voting record: Johnson - Humphrey - McGovern - Carter - Anderson - Mondale - write in Sam Sewell (yep. I was so disgusted I voted for myself in '88 - Perot -Perot - Nader - and finally Bush. I have lots of experience at backing losing candidates. So my voting record is Democratic and Independent. Bush is the first Republican I have ever voted for and that was because I couldn’t trust Kerry to defend the country. I also reluctantly voted for McCain because at least he could be trusted more that AKA with national defense.

This is an important feature because Kindergarten records for original school entry would have contained the following:
1. Obama's REAL Birth Certificate.
2. An application with the following:
• His Legal name.
• Parents or Legal Guardians’ names.
• Date of Birth
• Place of Birth
• Vaccination Records (revealing a timeline to the place and DOB.)
All the other little kids records are where they should be. The only missing record is, guess who.

Sam Sewell, if all that is true (and it's not by the way) then see how far this gets. I'm sure the Republican party, who can't stand the guy, will help out with the impeachment. If they won't, then try to get this to the Supreme Court, which is still controlled by conservatives.

What makes you think there will be an impeachment?
He is ineligible to hold the office and not protected by the prerogatives of the Presidency.
He is a criminal and will answer to a criminal court. He will be removed from office and charged with fraud.
